Adrian Rocca, Angel Investor

Adrian Rocca is the Chief Executive Officer of Fitzrovia, a Toronto-based real estate development and management firm known for creating high-quality, purpose-built rental communities. Under his leadership, Fitzrovia has become one of Canada’s leading vertically integrated real estate platforms focused on sustainability, design, and long-term value creation. Before founding Fitzrovia, Adrian held senior roles in real estate private equity and investment banking, including Managing Director at Tricon Capital Group and Director at Apollo Global Management in London, where he oversaw major investments across North America and Europe. As an investor, Adrian has supported early-stage ventures aligned with innovation in the built environment, including the property technology startup Beacon.
