Aditya Agarwal, Angel Investor

Aditya Agarwal is a Partner at a community of technologists and entrepreneurs exploring new ideas and building early ventures. He also serves on the boards of Flipkart, Carnegie Mellon’s School of Computer Science, and the Anita Borg Institute. Previously, Agarwal was CTO and VP of Engineering at Dropbox, where he scaled the team from 25 to 1,000 and led product, infrastructure, and technical operations. He joined Dropbox after it acquired Cove, a company he co-founded, and earlier was one of Facebook’s first engineers, helping develop NewsFeed, Messenger, and Search. Agarwal is also an active angel investor with no less than ten investments across technology and AI-driven startups. His portfolio includes companies such as Bauplan, Hike, Asana, Nervana, and Gusto, with funding rounds spanning seed to series stages. His investments primarily focus on enterprise software, collaboration tools, and emerging AI platforms that enable innovation at scale.
