Adeniyi Olaniyan possesses vast knowledge as a technical and executive management professional with over 30 years of global experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to any organization. Educated at various prestigious institutions including Obafemi Awolowo University and Lagos State University, he holds an impressive academic background with an MSc. in Applied Geology, PGD in Computer Science, and a B.Sc. in Geography with Second Class Upper Division. His academic prowess is complemented by a distinguished career marked by remarkable achievements and contributions. Olaniyan's tenure at Shell E&P dated back to 1993 with experiences that spans several geological basins with diverse business settings across Africa, Europe, Asia and North America helping him build expertise in project management, leadership, subsurface evaluation, exploration and development geosciences, business planning & economics, well planning/operations in both Clastic and Carbonate settings. As an entrepreneur, he is an angel investor and a member of a Vancouver-based angel network.
