Actuate Ventures

Actuate Ventures is a venture ecosystem for deep-tech and space-tech startups, operating from Washington to Florida, with a fund, a strategy and product studio, innovation hubs, and The Future Council, a community of leading industry experts. It was founded by two Blue Origin alumni and describes itself as co-founders in a box. It invests at pre-seed and seed in space technology, applied AI, materials science, energy, advanced manufacturing, and intelligent robotics, including ventures created inside its own studio. Investments include TriMagnetix, a nanomagnetic chip startup that gets access to a dedicated mini fab at Actuate’s Seattle innovation hub. Its innovation hubs provide physical space, labs, and resources for deep-tech and space-tech commercialization in aerospace centers such as the Seattle area, Orlando, and Denver. The firm also publishes a newsletter, hosts events at gatherings like Space Symposium and Deep Tech Week, and offers research and due diligence services. Actuate looks for visionary founders building companies that advance humanity, and it pairs capital with technical expertise, facilities, and expert networks rather than writing a check alone. It also backs studio-built ventures such as Exsai Technologies, Orbital Composites, and Ultraview AI.
