Acadian Software is a permanent holding company and is able to hold investments for an indefinite period, allowing us to align ourselves with entrepreneurs over the long term. Current portfolio companies include emerging SaaS market leaders such as Klaviyo and Convoke. We invest in bold, proven SaaS businesses with strong fundamentals. We favor software products that delight customers in defined vertical markets. We work flexibly with our long-term partners to achieve their objectives. We prefer to invest in businesses that have achieved market traction and momentum, without consuming large amounts of equity capital. We have the flexibility to structure an investment to meet the needs of the existing business and its owners.
