- Family-owned/owner-operated companies (with no existing institutional owners)
- Current owners/management team members who expect to maintain a meaningful ownership stake alongside Acacia
- Preferred Industries: IT Services, Business Services, Consumer Products, Consumer Services, Healthcare Services, Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, Packaging, Manufacturing
- Owners prioritize Acacia’s differentiated approach with regard to the use of debt, business philosophy, and time horizon
