ACV’s investment philosophy is to acquire, maintain, and manage commercial real estate assets with high intrinsic value that either generate strong recurring cash flow and/or have value-add characteristics.
Our investment strategy falls into two primary asset classes: Retail and Multifamily. Secondary investment asset classes include Industrial, Storage, and Mixed-Use Projects.
