316 Investments is a private investment company focused on early-stage opportunities with high-potential companies with strong leadership/management in place. We’re most interested in industries and niches where we have some expertise. These include food and beverage, medical, consumer products, engineered solutions, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment/publishing, and technology, among others. Our firm has 2 main principals, Co-Founders Greg Willman and Phil Salsbery. In that regard, we’re small, nimble and you’re always dealing with a decision maker. However, our typical investment range is $50,000-$2,000,000 meaning we’re able to consider deals that “angels” typically are not. Our deal structures are flexible, allowing for participation from other capital providers as well.
