2R Private Equity (“2R”) was established in 2017 with a vision to grow and develop small to medium sized businesses. 2R is headquartered in Melbourne and is an independent firm, owned and managed by its two co-founders. 2R focuses on mature businesses in established industries that lack technological, analytical, and operational sophistication. We incorporate AI-driven processes and analytical improvements, coupled with experienced business leadership to achieve peak operational business performance. 2R is broadly sector agnostic, which allows for a deep pool of investment opportunities. We have a strong track record of working with management teams to further build and grow successful businesses across a broad range of industries. While we have a generalist approach, we focus on sectors in stable industries with attractive fundamentals. We are primarily focused on making investments in the Australian market. We believe that the Australian small to medium-cap market presents an attractive investment opportunity for many well-established businesses, with scope for growth and operational improvement.
