Introduction
ZGIVE offers an event fundraising platform that combines SaaS with AI to help nonprofits raise more money.  The core tech stack includes a digital auction and giving platform, an integrated AI solution and a proprietary e-store for organizations to choose items for their auction event.

Team
We have eight employees, including two founders.  Scott Roseveare (President and Co-Founder https://www.linkedin.com/in/scott-roseveare-8198851/)  has founded three multi-million-dollar companies, including one with the former Chief Security Officer of FaceBook on the team, and another financial services company that successfully exited earlier this year.  Tricia Roseveare (CMO and Co-Founder https://www.linkedin.com/in/tricia-roseveare/) comes with 25 years of marketing, branding and design experience, serving companies such as Microsoft, Frito-Lay and Quaker in combination with her own branding agency and Landor, a top-5 global marketing and branding agency.  We also have extensive experience in the positions of VP of Engineering, Dir. of Operations, Dir. of Business Development, and Dir. of Client Support, as well as 4 Advisory Board members.

Problem
The pandemic forced nonprofit organizations to shift to virtual fundraising to survive, and it worked.  Last year, individual donors gave over $300 Billion Dollars to charities, most of it driven by digital fundraising.

However, most of the 1.8 million nonprofits are struggling to connect with the expansive and philanthropic Millennial donor, while looking for innovative ways to engage with their legacy donors.

Solution
Our tech stack is not just the easiest-to-use in the market, but it also includes the only event fundraising platform to incorporate AI, which dramatically increases fundraising and donor acquisition.  Our auction platform is also ranked in the top 3 by Capterra, the largest software ranker in the US.

Business Model
ZGIVE has four revenue streams.  There is an annual SaaS fee, revenue from the AI bundle, professional services, and commissions from the proprietary e-store for auction items.  Our ACV is currently $1,300 and will approach $2,500 in 2023 as we move to the tip model and continue the trend of onboarding larger organizations.

Competition
We compete with organizations such as OneCause, GiveSmart and Greater Giving.  However, we win a majority of the time due to our best-in-class UI/UX, AI integration and e-store for auction items.

Market Potential
With a TAM of $75B and an addressable market of $4B, there is significant opportunity in this space.  We are moving to the ‘Tip’ model (Think GoFundMe).  This will allow us to offer the platform for free, which will allow us to grow significantly faster.  In fact, the only other competitor who offers the tip model catapulted into the leading market share position in just 18 months with over 65,000 customers.  In addition, we just launched our Faith-Based division called FaithBid, where we will be the only event fundraising platform to compete in that space.  This will help more ministries, churches and schools, while becoming the dominate leader.

Traction
We have self-funded $1.5M to-date.  We are currently onboarding approximately 15 new customers per month and are serving more than 125 customers.  We expect to exceed $100K in revenue this year and predict an exit ARR of $2.0M+ next year.

Funding Ask
We are seeking $1.5M ($200K from this platform) to allow us to hit some key KPI metrics by Q2 of next year.  This will help us onboard over 1,000 customers and put us into position to secure a favorable Series A next year.

Projections
We anticipate reaching $2M in ARR in 2023 and reach profitability in 2024 with over $12M in revenue.  In the next 5 years, we project a 7% market share, which equates to $100M+ in ARR
