A mushroom farming business that will grow oyster, shiitake and lion's mane variety for local markets and restaurants in the Atlanta area. This specialty crop has so many health benefits and great option for everyday meals. It does not require a lot of space and can be grown in a outdoor shed at a controlled temperature. I have sourced a local supplier for my initial grow bags needed and later on plan on making my own.
