Built-In Assets with Equity and Low LTV Debt Enables Stronger Shareholder Asset Value

Our purchase of the land in bulk has increased the stand-alone value of each parcel, allowing us to negotiate favorable construction loan terms of 80% LTV. Add a below-market purchase price for the raw land, boosting the asset value and equity of our project from the start. Furthermore, our project qualifies for a 6% sales and use tax abatement from the state of Nevada and more, provided we hold the assets for a minimum of 5 years, along with other federal funding incentives.
