I moved to Idaho 1.5 years ago for my grandkids, leaving behind so much. I came up with the business of pet sitting for the Trusted House Sitters, for free. I got a full time job that put it on the back burner but now I want back in again. I want to extend my pet sitting to farm sitting as well. I offer myself to stay at the home so that everyone is comfortable, I don't like stressing animals out. The reason I want to extend my business to farms is because I grew up on one in Indiana. Milk cows, steers and sheep, field work and gardens, I could take care of a farm for a month. I'm single, live in a small apartment because I don't take up much room, that's why I don't mind staying at others' homes. There is funding needed for advertising online but I am taking 8.5x11 posters to vet offices, sitting at dog parks, attempting to find locations where I can offer up my services. I'm over 62, and very frugal. I love shopping at the Idaho Youth Ranch! It's important to me that people know how honest I am; my father was a state trooper, my mother was a dean at my high school and I played piano at church. I have built my life on not going to the burning gates, the Pearly ones are more my style. I have a part-time job cashiering at WinCo, I love that place too, but I'd rather stay part-time and build up my life helping those who would like to travel a little. I give my two current clients much peace when they leave, I want to offer that to others.
