Yo Quiero Tacos

Yo Quiero Tacos is a mobile Taco Food Service (taqueria) that specializes in providing food service for Parties, Luncheons, Special Occasions, weddings,  etc. There are 2 event types, which are restaurant style made to order with a chef and helpers present at your event, or we can provide a standard catering service where we will prepare, cook and deliver the food only. Each service will come with a customer's choice of Tacos, sides, and salsas. Catering events will be limited to a minimum of 25 people, and Chef Style Made to Order events will be limited to a minimum of 50 people.

$100K would give me the ability to set this up properly with:
