YE OLDE BALLYARD INC, developers of YOBY PARK, a fun, family-oriented entertainment destination centered around the American developed sports of baseball and softball. The venues targets all softball and baseball fans for participatory play at fun, family-oriented destinations that feature hitting balls towards targets to record scores to determine wins. There will be 72 air-conditioned/heated hitting bays on two levels. Each hitting bay allows a team or persons to hit a maximum of 81 balls either in a game of nine innings or hitting competitive scenarios, such as home run derby.
