I am an EXPERT IN THE FIELD.  I founded the ReMax franchise in 2005 in Gainesville Ga.  No one knows the North Georgia Real estate market better than I.  I am versed in rehab cost models, after renovation sales comparative analysis.  I am a retired CPA in the state of Georgia So I am well versed with finance.  We can provide a great return with the Investments capitalized with a 1st position security interest in the properties we purchase.  From Purchase to sale we are usually in a 5 month turn around.  I only target entry level houses that have the fastest velocity on turnaround.  The entire process is well established and proven over and over again.  There are only 12 days a month in the state of Georgia that these sales take place.  I do extensive research on the titles and valuations and have noticed we are leaving MILLIONS on the table each month because I do not have enought purchasing Power.  Come join me in prospering from the the next wave of foreclosures that is coming.
