I own a Cleaning and remediation company that is in its 2nd year. We are looking for funding to expand operations in the Houston, Texas area. Our current service area is The Woodlands, Montgomery, Magnolia, Cypress, Conroe and Spring.
Our current services include carpet cleaning/repair, tile/grout cleaning and sealing, crime scene clean up, water restoration and most recently air duct cleaning. We are IICRC certified and plan to maintain our credentialing.
We are a veteran owned business that started in 2021 doing residential cleaning. As we noticed the need arise we move our direction into the following services and removed residential cleaning. Currently, we have 2 vans and a large array of equipment. Our current operation is in a 15 mile radius with a large customer base. We are starting to expand into the commercial side, but have had difficulty being able to market properly due to working full time as a paramedic as well and running the business on my days off. I have (2) 1099 employees that handle the jobs while I work my scheduled shifts on the ambulance, but feel we can build business at a faster pace if I could only focus on the business.
Currently we are receiving a higher call volume for requests in the Houston area, but are unable to handle it without additional units staged strategically in the high volume areas such as Houston and Katy.
We are looking to bring an investor on that can help us achieve the capital needed to expand the company. We also would be interested in that investor being someone that would like to assist in building the business and making strategic business decisions along side us.
