Our e-commerce division comprises a fashion store and a general store, currently operating on a dropshipping model. Our strategic plan is to generate sufficient revenue to transition to carrying our own inventory, and eventually, launch our own branded products. Parallelly, our publishing arm is already making waves with a self-help book, "Unleashing Your Potential: How to be Successful... In Everything!!", authored by Darren Stokes. Despite limited promotion, the book has garnered excellent reviews and has been well-received. With additional funding, we plan to amplify its reach and impact.
Recently we have started 2 new divisions, first a Alabama based house flipping business with a goal of making $100k to $150k per home renovation. And a EV car rental business with a $16k per month in revenue forecast.
However, the heart of our business lies in cybersecurity. We have identified a significant gap in the market for cybersecurity support for small businesses. As regulations in Information Security and Privacy become increasingly complex, many small businesses are overwhelmed. Our company aims to alleviate this burden by offering consulting services to help these businesses build robust cybersecurity programs and maintain compliance with relevant frameworks and US, State, and local laws.
Our long-term vision is to offer a la carte cybersecurity services and products, including a virtual CISO offering. This service will allow us to take over the cybersecurity role for companies, providing them with expert in-house cybersecurity support. We believe this will become our primary product and the main focus of our company. If successful, we plan to develop our own cybersecurity software suite.

We currently value the company at 10M, and are looking for a combined 1M in investments that will grant investors equity in the company and every 1% of investor ownership will equal a seat on the company board once we go corporate hopefully in 2027 or 2028.
