Wreck-A-Mendables, Inc.

Looking for $511,500.00 to purchase property and inventory for a new import auto salvage yard.  I would like to start an Import Automotive Salvage Yard in Southern Indiana.  Wreck-A-Mendables would be the only Import salvage yard within a 250 mile radius of Vincennes, Indiana.  Yes, there are other salvage yards in the area, but none that would completely retail sell only foreign or import auto parts.  We would have a delivery radius of approximately 300 miles, giving us the edge to deliver our parts to a growing number of commercial customers in that radius.  

I came from an import auto salvage yard, close to Indianapolis, Indiana.  I spent the better of 24 years with the same owner of that yard.  The past 17 years, I was his General Manager of that yard.  He is retiring, and selling his property by the end of this year, 2020.  He is selling his import salvage yard to to a franchise automotive parts company that has plans on selling 85% to 90% domestic salvage parts.  When his yard closes, that would take Wreck-A-Mendables to another level of selling Import parts, by being the only yard that would sell exclusively Import Salvage Parts; in about a 600 mile radius.  At this time, the owner of the previous yard that I managed brought in just a little over $8 million dollars in sales in 2019.  My goal is to take the customers that he had and bring them to Wreck-A-Mendables in southern Indiana, or moreover; Vincennes, Indiana.  With the previous yard I was with, and the customers that I had made, and had a long-term relationship with; the owner of the yard that I was with will also allow me to take the contact information from those customers with me.  This sums out to about 13,154 commercial customers in  5 states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Kentucky.

I have found a piece of property that would work out extremely well for what I want to do in Vincennes, Indiana.  It has a complete building with three shop/garage bays that would accommodate our needs for removing all fluids from all new stock inventory, and also removing the necessary parts from vehicles as we sell them.  This building and property is ready-to-go, as-is, without any remodel or reconstruction.  The price of the building and property is listed at $379,000.  

We would be using a Internet/ computer system to maintain inventory and the availability of parts that we have in our yard.  The Company, Car-Part.com would take our inventory and spread that out over their networks of computers and other salvage yards that would also get our name out through the system of other Body Shops though-out the United States.  Car-Part.com has been a live internet E-Commerce company since May of 1998.  They have over 37 million internet hits per day, with individuals and body shop companies looking for automotive parts.  They would be the company that would service our inventory systems and keep our side of Wreck-A-Mendables moving in the right direction.
