Seeking startup capital of $1 Million to establish the necessary infrastructure of a Profit FUND, which will  enable us, in turn, to raise $2 Billion and to invest in a Signature Project with the goal and objective being to explore and exploit Haiti’s minerals and oil deposits, in cooperation with the Government of Haiti, thereby creating wealth for all involved.

This initiative is designed to attract all Haitians of the Diaspora scattered throughout the Globe and those still living in the homeland to become member of the FUND via its Web Portals.  Said Web Portals will possess some similarities with Ameritrade or E*Trade,  excluding online trading, and to simply serve as a gateway and trustee for 4 to 5 million participants to register as member and to invest from $200 up to $500, as part of the registration process online, in order to raise the projected US$2 Billion.  Member's deposit is to remain in the trust of WFAH for a period of not less than 5 years.  The funds raised are to finance a specific project, which will be a joint venture (60/40) Public Private Partnership, between the Republic of Haiti and World Fund for the Advancement of Haiti (WFAH); see PPT Presentation attached herewith.  The Haitian Diaspora notoriously known to be passionate, dedicated and generous when it comes to supporting all good causes geared toward development and progress of Haiti will enthusiastically embrace this project as its potential to uplifting and improve condition in the country is evident.  

Being a proponent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), an advance and interactive Web Portal combined with a Mobile APP will be created to provide the platform for members to join worldwide and able to perform a multitude of tasks including tracking the value of their investment, check the status of the project, elect board members, post messages etc.. 

 Exploration and exploitation of Minerals and oil deposits of the Republic of Haiti in collaboration with the respective Governmental Agency representing the State of Haiti.   According to Dr. Davies the Geologist who will oversee the aerial survey, "the first phase of the study will already entice many investors" he commented.   By some estimates, Haiti has Petroleum reserves that rival those of Venezuela, said other experts in the field; nevertheless, the World knows that Haiti's minerals and oil deposits worth over billions of dollars. 

To undertake a throughout and complete aerial mapping and study of the territorial underground of the Republic of Haiti using “Aerial Magnetic Acquisition along with Radiometric,” as well as Marine Survey, in order to have a more precise inventory of the minerals and oil deposits of the country’s boundaries, in addition to cardinal monetary value of all the deposits.  The latest and State of the Art Technology developed by Lockheed Martin will be utilized to conduct the aerial survey, which will assure accuracy and credence.   

World Fund for the Advancement of Haiti (WFAH) is still in an embryonic phase.  Thus, we are looking for an initial investment of $1 Million to establish the institutional infrastructure, including the design of an advanced Web Portal, incorporating the organization in Haiti where the headquarter will be located, setting up of a regional office in Miami Florida USA, hiring essential staff and covering operational expenses for six (6) months etc...  A PPT presentation or a synopsis of the project is attached herewith.

To study and explore the minerals and oil deposits of the Republic of Haiti and establish an inventory thereof along with a data bank.  The study will be conducted by a reputable firm whose expertise in Aerial Magnetic Acquisition along with Radiometric,” as well as Marine Survey are recognized by the World Bank.  The objective being to establish a more precise inventory of the minerals and oil deposits within the county’s boundaries, in addition to cardinal monetary value of all the deposits.
