Woodpeckers Lounge Bar & Grill is a bar and grill establishment similar to Hooters, but with a twist. We will have a small humidor and smoker's lounge and instead of women in tights, we will have handsome male servers dressed to impress and show off their handsome physiques. The humidor and lounge will be set up for ladies and gentlemen to choose their cigar of choice and relax in the lounge while they have their cigar and sip on their wine or cocktail and fellowship. The bar will be set up with TV's for entertainment and game nights. There will be live entertainment nights, group nights, game nights, etc. My target customers are men & women from age 21 and up, who will flock in for good food and to enjoy the cigars & upscale lounge.
Products consists of a small menu of basic bar foods and finger foods, pastas, salads, beer, liquor, wine, and cigars. I know that there are lots of bars, but I have not found that there is one with the same concept and target market as this. The funds will be used for start up costs such as beer/wine/liquor licenses, renovation of the location to fit needs of what we are trying to do, and to purchase the products needed to make profit such as food, cigars, alcoholic beverages, serving supplies, starting payroll, and any other items needed to make the business run smoothly. I plan to build up my first location and franchise the business. I hope you find that my idea is a unique idea and invest in this solid gold money maker.
