Women In Self Healing is a team of massage therapists who specialize in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum massage therapy. We have an office in Beverly Hills and have therapists who come to your home throughout Los Angeles and Orange County California. We currently only have a one room office and are looking to expand to a 3 room office plus hire and train more mobile massage therapists throughout Southern California. Pregnancy massage has been proven to lower labor time by an average of 3 hours, improve newborn outcomes, lower anxiety and depression, and reduce swelling in lower legs and ankles. Postpartum massage has been used in many countries to support postpartum healing. Malaysia has the lowest incident of postpartum depression in the work and they receive 30 days of massages directly after giving birth. We work closely with healthcare practitioners throughout the pregnancy space and continually educate the public about the importance of pregnancy massage. We believe massage therapy is healthcare and should be incorporated into the pre and post partum period and are passionate about everyone having access.
