We are a small custom home building company based in the northeast. Our company has a strong book of business, established subcontractor relationships, and the construction experience needed to identify, permit, improve, and develop valuable real estate opportunities.
Our goal is to acquire and reposition land parcels with strong development potential, including lakefront parcels, subdividable acreage, small residential developments, ADUs, specialty buildings, and eventually larger multifamily or apartment-style projects.
One immediate opportunity we are evaluating involves an 82-acre parcel that could potentially be acquired, permitted, subdivided, and resold or refinanced within a relatively short timeframe. The proceeds from that project could then support additional opportunities, including a separate 84-acre parcel and other development projects in the area.
In short, we believe there is a strong opportunity to create value through land acquisition, permitting, subdivision, development, and resale in the Lakes Region.
