Executive Summary
A new demand is emerging for managed technology services. The need for high-speed networks and advanced security solutions has never been higher. Technology is continually improving and advancing at a rapid pace every year. It's hard for people to keep up with which latest WiFi solution is best or which camera system offers the most features.
Protected by Enoc is a new service-based low-voltage contractor solution for Enterprise Networks, Advanced Security, and Surveillance as a service. There is a demand for a single business solution to manage all of this for people more than ever. We offer Sales, Installation, Training, and ongoing support to keep systems running smoothly.
This affordable service solution for small businesses and high residential areas is growing in demand, and the business model is recession-proof in San Diego. People are relying on cameras and Wi-Fi services more than ever before, and this trend is unlikely to change anytime soon, given the current times of uncertainty.
This new business model requires:
- Adding 3-5 technicians to start with training and certifications.
- Warehouse/Showroom space
- Marketing/Branding
- Office Management
Protected by Enoc requires capital to launch with the necessary tools and foundation to succeed.
Protected by Enoc is a TAAS (Technology As A Service) Company specialized in offering remote cloud-based service and support with managed networks, camera systems, and security systems for small businesses and larger residential demands.
Our subscription-based service solution provides 24/7 remote technical support for our customers, with a guaranteed response time of under 30 minutes from a trained specialist in the US, who has remote access to their system.
Our remote service can reboot systems, update firmware, and troubleshoot network and Wi-Fi issues, as well as resolve issues with cameras and Apple TVs that are not functioning correctly. If there is no available remote fix, we schedule a paid on-site service call for the next day, ensuring our clients receive fast, world-class support. We provide ongoing updates and health checks for their systems, ensuring they run smoothly and stay ahead of potential issues.
We have been testing the market for a couple of years with the latest technology and have observed its development, making this new business model an affordable option for customers seeking our solution. Our company is a licensed low-voltage contractor serving San Diego, specializing in luxury electronics, home theater, and automation systems. We have the experience and the ground infrastructure to hit the ground running. We are undercapitalized to take this plan to the next level and are looking for an investor to move forward.
A customer must purchase our managed network solution for service. Managed network solutions range from $4,000 to $50,000, depending on the network's size. The monthly subscription service starts at $75 per month for residential use and up to $600 per month for large-scale demands, such as hotels.
Marketing Plan
Our marketing plan is designed to bring us fresh new leads each week. We intend to do that through digital marketing. We start with an update from a professional website marketing company. The current site is good, but it's also a DIY project that can be improved.
Marketing Campaigns Include SEO, Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, and possibly TikTok.
We will target:
- Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars
- Franchise Business Owners
- Hotels
- Real Estate and Mortgage Offices
- Retail and Small Business Parks
- Home-Based Business Owners
- High-income based residence in select communities such as La Mesa, La Jolla, North Park, Kensington, Point Loma, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Scripps Ranch, Poway, Rancho Santa Fe, and Mission Hills.
Sales Plan
We will drive new sales through lead generation services, marketing, bidding on websites, and soliciting referrals from our existing clients.
Our process will involve first qualifying the new opportunity through a sales call or video conference. Once qualified, a free on-site walk-through will be available for smaller commercial and residential projects. For larger projects and systems, a consulting fee will be agreed upon to walk the jobsite and design a system proposal. The fee will be applied toward the project's cost if they decide to proceed.
Once a system is installed, we will hold an onboarding meeting to demonstrate the customer's system usage and sign them up for a service contract.
Once a customer is onboard, we schedule two system evaluations per year to stay up-to-date with our customers and offer any new products that may be needed. This will help retain customers for longer and generate additional sales over time.
Online payment gateways and a recurring payment platform are already in place and working smoothly.
Locations & Facilities
We purchased a mixed-use property in El Cajon, approximately 0.9 acres in size. The property serves as a home-based business, with a showroom available by appointment only, featuring the latest technologies for both residential and commercial use. We have been renovating the primary residence, featuring a new smart kitchen, modern guest bathroom, office, and pantry, all of which are equipped with new flooring, paint, doors, trim, and more. The front yard includes putting green, outdoor kitchen, and a Gazebo with seating. Designed to showcase luxury lifestyle electronics and Premium security and network options.
House Show Room Tech includes:
- Distributed Audio and Video Solutions
- 9.4 Surround Sound Theater System
- Lutron Automated Lighting Control
- URC Luxury Home Automation Systems
- 3 Types of Camera Systems
- 2 Advanced Alarm and Security Systems

We plan to build a 2500 sqft steel building to serve as a warehouse for the business.
The warehouse will hold all inventory and organize all job materials, tools, and vehicles for the business.
A modern Boardroom to bring clients to go over plans and engineering of large systems. 75" Monitor and conferencing system included.
Bench testing area for building systems and troubleshooting hardware issues.
Gated Parking for up to 4 company service vehicles.
This building is cost-effective and will serve us well in getting this off the ground. We will upgrade to a larger space once we outgrow the warehouse space.

Sales Conversion Tools. Our online portal, where our clients can activate a plan, book an in-person consultation, and even receive recommendations through our intelligent membership recommendation engine.
3) We use OVRC Cloud-Based Network Monitoring Support Software. This is what keeps us connected with our clients' systems and allows us to remotely support them with an ecosystem of technologies that work together. Core electronics include Routers, Switches, Access Points, Power Management, Cameras, Media Distribution, and more.
4) We utilize QuickBooks Online Cloud Software for accounting, billing, receiving payments, and managing recurring payments.
Projected Profit and Loss
We anticipate growing the business to over $1.2 million in sales in the first year, with sales exceeding $ 7 million within three years.
Residual income is forecast to exceed $500,000 a year by the end of year 3.
Funding Requirements
Currently, the business is 100% owned by Jon Winn of Winn Enterprises as a sole proprietorship. With the investor, we will incorporate as an LLC moving forward, with Jon Winn owning 75%, Darren Honda owning 10%, and the investor owning 15%.
Exit Strategy
A liquidity event at the right time is of critical importance. We will pay dividends on profits until such liquidity event becomes a serious option. We will build a business that maximizes company valuation and returns on shareholder investment.
