We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking to open our third location for Wine 4 Oysters, our renowned oyster bar, in Central Florida. Our goal is to bring the exquisite flavors of oysters to oyster enthusiasts in the area by offering them in 15 different delectable ways. To accomplish this, we are looking to purchase an existing building located in Mainland Florida, Central Florida, and allocate $850K for necessary renovations.
The building we have identified is already operating as a restaurant, which presents an excellent opportunity for us to seamlessly transition into our new oyster bar. With the structure being only 12 years old, minimal improvements will be required to create the perfect ambiance for our customers.
In addition to our extensive oyster selection, we are excited to announce that we will be expanding our concept to include a wooden grill. This enhancement will allow us to offer an even wider range of mouthwatering meals, catering to the eclectic tastes of our diverse clientele. By incorporating a wooden grill, we aim to create an immersive dining experience that will leave our customers yearning for more.
