The company WIND SUN ENGERY INC is on a mission to help solve the world’s energy crisis bought on by the increased demand and lack of affordable electricity.  The company believe this business objective can be easily accomplished by installing our  compact power pole in the parking lot and/or roof top of any small business.   Our power pole generates its own GREEN electricity (five different ways) on the customers  business site and can help small businesses run their lights, charge EV’s, or provide the power to operate their newly purchased robots. 

The company tag line “We harness the power of electricity” spells out the company game plan as it relates to small businesses and the company objectives.  Supplying FREE power to operate a commercial pizza oven, power factory robots, or simply running the basic heat and lights in a small business is our main target market.  By  accomplishing this objective we also provide a meaningful financial benefit to the small business owners in exchange for their hard work running their business and creating jobs for their employees. They need help overcoming the high cost of electricity and must absolutely continue making a profit.  Our power pole can provide all the help needed.. 

This solution is easy to accomplish on a small individual scale, but just like a large hydro dam or a coal/gas generator plant has their own limits our power pole can only make so much energy.  We must leave saving the world’s energy challenge up to the nuclear or technology industries to solve, while we keep small businesses financially alive and in business.

Electricity is something most people take for granted, but these benefits are fast disappearing due to the increased cost and the lack of available energy.  The US D.O.E. projects the cost of energy will go up 65% over the next two years. This alone is reason to believe our business will be successful, but the lack of low cost energy is a double edged sword which will present a devastating bottom line problem to most small businesses.

Because we have no competition we can maintain a healthy day one 60% profit margin well into the foreseeable future.   This profit margin can be multiplied many times over due to the millions of small businesses and sales opportunities found around the world.  

The company is ready to be launched in the USA and has obvious international potential.  But rather then going international right away we are looking to first getting  the company up on its feet and then sell it off as an ongoing profitable business to a existing large international business.   

The company founder is a retired international computer industry executive who has spent several years designing the power pole and fine tuning the company business plan.  The business plan is solid and the patent pending flagship product is ready to be introduced to the public.

We are willing to give matching equity in return for a half million dollars of seed capital.
