I need financial help launching my GREEN ENERGY and EV CHARGING business.
I have recently discovered a NEW golden sales opportunity for my unique patent pending power pole. My power pole uses three different methods (wind, solar and a patented fly wheel) to make FREE electricity in a stand alone free standing power pole. The original target market for the pole was to supply off grid energy to Indian reservations and Indian casinos. The D.O. E. is anxious to provide grants and loans to the tribes to buy all kinds of green energy solutions, so it appeared to be the perfect market and a easy sales target with no financial investment risk to the tribes.
But with the birth of the EV’s I have discovered a much bigger market for the power pole. My plan is to install my pole in all the 120,000 hotels parking lots scattered across the USA to charge all the overnight hotel EV guests which are now multiplying across the nation. You would think that with FREE energy this would be an easy slam dunk marketing plan as all the hotels must offer EV charging to be competitive and our pole can provide the FREE electricity required to run their chargers. But what I discovered was I was missing two things required to pull off this exciting marketing plan. First I needed seed capital to get a bigger business on its feet and secondly I must also prepare a long range financial plan for the business to take the next giant step forward to propel a small niche business into a big league business capable of selling and installing thousands of power poles nation wide and maybe around the world.
My first effort into the venture capital world failed to produce the venture money required to execute this new sales plan. The first venture capital firm that came my way loved the idea but wanted to put the venture capital “horse before the cart”. The firm believed they could bypass the start up or first step required by any new business and go directly to a multi million dollar private placement offering and then sell the company off for a quick profit and let the new buyer build the business. This was not a bad plan on paper but after several month of trying the plan has yet to happen. I realize now my company must first get on its feet with new seed capital and lots of hard work before going after the big bucks required to move the company out of the small niche business category into the big leagues.
PLEASE contact me if you want more information and want to consider the opportunity.
