In 2009 I bought a Ford Fusion, 6 cylinder, and when my time with her came to an end, she had 190,000 miles on her but she still had all her start up and get up and go as she did brand new. I learned I can quit trading every 50-60k miles. Now in the last year, my MIL passed and send to be via my wife's life insurance, a sum of money toward me getting back in to a truck. 
  I knew then, new was out of the question. I didn't want payments, so I began saving, and searching. I knew I wanted a 2k era truck, Chevy or Ford, but it had to be just right. I finally found my truck, a 07, Z71 Ext cab, Blue Granit Metallic. I've loved this color since I first saw it, and its seem rather rare. I saw a lot of affordable trucks, but were junk, or way to many miles for me, or were scams. But she was perfect, and only slightly better then the first one from the dealer I came across, and so I continued saving, for 3 more weeks, and found him really patient, and then the day came I was able to go get her, and she was still there. I couldn't be happier. I have my cat eyes. I did call them squint eyes but found the correct name is cat eye. In all my searching for over 8 months for the right truck, I find myself ready to go and buy, reclaim, refresh/restore older trucks, suv's and mini-vans. These are travelled vehicles with character marks. I want to keep them original like and classy, not hot rod them, no chop jobs, no over the top stereo and sound systems.
  The business dream, the business plan is to establish once I have the funds, Edwin’s Automotive Solutions LLC, the parent of my sub business’s. I plan to seek and hope to obtain Crowd Funding Investments as well as focused savings until I have the funds to buy, refresh and restore the first vehicle, then re-invest the revenue back in to the next vehicle. This will be the process followed until I have enough to purchase 2 vehicles and so forth, building an online presence doing business know for Character, Integrity, Honesty, and Fairness, selling quality existing vehicles, lovingly restored, and resold, right priced to the next owner.
  The first business under EAS LLC will be Incumbent Automotive Services. This will be the first stop for all vehicles I purchase for resale. These cars will be thoroughly inspected for critical repairs that must be made and identifying other service work needed but not carried and out prioritized in order of urgency and estimated costs. IAS will operated as a opened Mon – Sat operation where by vehicle owners are able to bring their vehicle in for service. The will receive a thorough inspection for services needed to identify critical repairs and prioritized in order of need. Such inspections from other service centers will be evaluated for repairs noted but are not critical as claimed and disclosed to the customer for services desired at the moment and will then be serviced. No repairs will be made that are not authorized and no repairs that are not needed. Business will grow not just by revenue and margin, but by word or mouth and on line reputation because of the integrity and character established through day to day operations. We will build business by volume through repeat customers and by word of mouth. 
   When you bring your vehicle to us for service, it is Incumbent upon us to treat you as we would want to be treated. You will be treated honestly, fairly and rightly. We will earn your incumbent business. 
   The second business will be Prologue Auto Sales. Prologue means an event or action that leads to another event or situation. A Prologue is the beginning of a book or story. We write the opening, by obtaining existing motor vehicles, much like one would buy a preexisting home that has its 4 walls to tell stories of lives lived and the adventures of families past and show the resulting character marks. Pre0wned vehicles likewise have their stories of adventures to tell, and bare the character marks. These must be vehicles that have no accident history, are mechanically and structurally sound with clean clear title. These will be lovingly refreshed and restored, then made available to the next owner, right priced, and ready for the next story to be written and the epilogue when its time comes. 
  My hope, my goal, my commitments its to save and seek generous funding to get to buy, refresh and restore that first vehicle and get it sold for a profit. This will be repeated and the proceeds re-invested and more cars at a time purchased and resold. This will be followed and a honorable reputation based on character and integrity and investors sought out to fund these businesses. My estimate at this time, to purchase or build a service station and to obtain my valid Texas Used Car Dealer license, and physical location to conduct business, is approximately 5-6 million dollars.
