Company Description
Our organization is dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing foster home for troubled and at-risk youth, with a unique therapeutic focus on healing through animals—especially horses. We aim to provide an environment where young people who have experienced trauma, instability, or behavioral challenges can rebuild trust, develop life skills, and discover a sense of purpose.
At the core of our model is animal-assisted therapy, particularly equine-assisted learning. Horses, along with other farm animals, play a central role in helping youth develop emotional regulation, responsibility, empathy, and confidence. Daily interaction with animals encourages consistency, patience, and nonverbal communication—skills that are often difficult to teach through traditional methods alone.
Business Model
We operate as a licensed foster care home and therapeutic residential program, working in partnership with child welfare agencies, social workers, and community organizations. Funding is supported through foster care reimbursements, grants, and community partnerships. Our model emphasizes low staff-to-youth ratios to ensure individualized attention and care.
