WE ARE A 100% FAITH BASED, DISABLED VETERAN AND FEMALE OWNED BUSINESS, AND WE WILL BE DONATING 10% OF OUR PROFITS  EVERY YEAR TO A DIFFERENT VETERANS ASSISTANCE ORGANIZATION. WE WILL ALWAYS PAY IT FORWARD.

Raising startup capital to launch a 100% privately held e-commerce business, owned by me, a disabled veteran, and my wife. We will be selling products which reflect the premium cigar and premium spirit lifestyle, as-well-as, a future broad range of additional products and services which will appeal to both our target audience, and a limitless array of other buyers, both male and female. Any start-up monies raised will go toward general operating and initial launch expenses.

Having worked over 7-years in the Cigar Shop industry I have a unique perspective on what our clients value. Quality and availability of product, and top-of-the-line service are key factors, as are an understanding that they will spend money freely in the right venue on the items they are looking for, whether its Cigars, Premium Spirits, or associated products and services. In short, they wish to be catered to and will find a company who offers what they want, and when they do they will be repeat and loyal clients.

We also recognize that our clientele will search out unique items and experiences, which we intend to provide. To make those items and experiences available we plan on incorporating the following into our online, and eventual brick-and-mortar venues;

*We will carry a line of Fine Cigar and Premium Spirit related products and accessories, all of which will directly support the tastes of our buyers. WE DO NOT plan on carrying Cigars and Spirits at this time. These offerings will be hand-crafted, and in the case of a few of the items, commissioned to the taste of the buyer. We will also be offering a subscription plan which will combine versions of 2 of our products in combination on a monthly or annual basis.

*With our established connections in the Fine Art world, we will create and manage a central hub for local and regional fine artists and Antique Dealers who have no individual web presence and who may not possess a marketing or technical ability, or other means, to draw interest and purchasing power from outside of their local areas. We will offer them virtual foot traffic and real-time exposure via a unique page on our ecommerce site. Their page will increase their footprint many times, and offer exposure to thousands of views from those looking for a "special" item for purchase.

*Through our established music industry connections we are in discussions with a local entertainment provider to secure access to an exclusive collection of one-of-a-kind, behind the scenes photographs of international music artists, and make them available for individual sale to the general public.  These images will not be run-of-the-mill shots of musicians on stage, but rather more candid and behind-the-scenes glimpses into the unseen aspects of a concert. Additionally, we will be negotiating access to create reproductions of original concert posters and original concert tickets for purchase. Finally, we will be entering negotiations to provide unique opportunities to the general public for access to once-in-a-lifetime experiences with musical acts performing in a soon to be constructed local outdoor music venue. Stay Tuned!!

*We are in discussions with an overseas partner to create, develop, and make available package tours for our clients looking for a unique life experience. These tours will be hosted by our partners in a beautiful tropical country, and include world class cuisine, sight-seeing, accommodations, and musical events.

Long-term growth plans include a traditional brick-and-mortar presence which engages the local community in which it lives. This/these brick-and-mortars will be multi-functional and will include

     *A true multi-purpose gallery space designed for showcasing fine art and other collections, and available for rent to local and regional entities for a variety of purposes.

     *An anchor store filled with a selection of local and regional antiques, fine furnishings and eclectic decor, as-well-as, local and regional fine art of all kinds, and our standard product
      offerings. The anchor locations will also offer hands-on services (should they be available) including hot towel and straight razor shaves and while you wait or drop-off shoe-shine
      services.

     *Depending upon location, building type, and local regulations, we plan to explore adding a cigar store which will offer cigar purchase at a minimum, and which may offer the
       opportunity to smoke onsite. Again, this is dependent upon the building and a variety of other factors.

Globally, we want to become a community anchor wherever we are located, and we intend to become a one-stop-shop for anyone looking online for something special for someone special!
