Our company operates in Rock & Dane Counties ( Stoughton, WI ) in Dane County. We have two opportunities to build in highly desirable areas! Our Company Wausau Homes Beloit owns one lot in Beloit Township on the corner of Millar Drive and Heborn Drive.  The other lots are located in Shopiere Town of Turtle, WI, the development is called Tall Trees Development and the website id : tall trees development.com. We have 7 lots that we would like t purchase and build single family  and multi family homes on the following lot numbers are  2,3,19,20,28,29,30.  Lots 2 & 3 are for condominiums.

The average price to build this is to include the lot price as well is 350,000.00 to 550,000.00. The average sale price on a 350,000.00 home would be 395,000.00 and on a 550,000.00 home would sell average 650,000.00. So the price would have a nice profit spreed even after any and all expenses. Again this could be higher depending on market conditions. 

This loan would allow Wausau Homes Beloit to successfully secure the Tall Tree Development lots and build spec homes. We would also list the lots for sale and a client could buy and build their dream home. The lots would be sold as builder exclusive, we would mark up the price of the lot by 10,000.00 over the price we paid for the lots.
