I am a hard money broker just starting out in business. I need help with marketing. I do not have any employees. I work full time in addition to starting my own business. The product I offer from multiple lenders/investors are funds for Fix & Flip, Rental Properties, Commercial & Multi-family Units, Construction for non-owner-occupied property. I am a certified private money broker with all the right tools in my belt to close the deals. I will be a master broker within the next month. I need clients. Please help me so I can invest in marketing my business. I want to build a client base of new and repeat customers with the goal have having a profitable business that I can take into retirement with me. I would like to focus on linked in sales training and marketing. I am a single woman with my adult daughter living with me while she goes to school.
