Wardog Gaming is a startup game development studio seeking funding to begin creating multiple mobile games as well as one of our 120 console/pc games over the course of the next 5 years.
We held our first Game Conference on August 10th, 2024. We had over 6000 watching via live stream. There was a 100% interest in our games from the guests who were present. The common statement we heard from them after the conference was, "I wish these games were already out, I'd buy them today." From the gamers we've talked with before and after the conference, this statement remains true with nearly every gamer we come across.
Before messaging about investing, the following are our Investment Guidelines:
- Wardog Gaming is in the SEED Stage of investment. We need the funds to get started.
- Wardog Gaming is and will remain a Privately owned company and will not be going public in the future. This is to prevent buyouts and liquidation by bigger companies.
- Wardog Gaming will NOT be paying any fees up front for investments. We were scammed by this back in 2020. We had money stolen and will not be making that mistake again.
- Any and all fees must be deducted from the agreed upon Investment amount before transfer.
- Wardog Gaming is offering Equity in the company only. We will NOT accept loans. There are currently 40% shares available for purchase. 51% is owned by me, the CEO. 9% is owned by several family members who've helped us get to this stage. When dividends are paid out, either monthly or quarterly, the CEO will be restricted to receiving no more than 5% of the company's net earnings.
- Wardog Gaming has around 25 Mobile Game IPs we wish to make. We place their estimated value at $1 Million USD each, so $25 Million USD total. We also have over 120 Console/PC Game IPs we wish to make. We place their estimated value at $5 Million USD each, so $600 Million USD.
- Wardog Gaming's Share price will be calculated at 1% = $6.25 Million USD. This is so we can raise our desired total of $250 Million USD if all 40% is purchased. This is so we have $100 Million USD for the console/pc game's marketing budget and $90 Million USD for 10 mobile games' marketing budgets over the span of 5 years. The rest will go to purchasing a building for our studio, setting up the studio, getting it furnished, hiring and paying staff, expenses, insurance, etc. There will be an over $20 Million USD buffer fund that will be set aside to be used if we need extra staff, extra marketing money, or we need to outsource part of the console project to complete it in our 5-year deadline. To complete the mobile games and the console game that we would create in 5-years, we would need a minimum of $30 Million USD. We would have to seek crowdfunding, more investments, or publishers to cover the marketing of the console game.
- Wardog Gaming will reserve the right to hire any person we deem suitable for the project we are working on. We value skill, ability, and efficiency above all else. Any person who seeks employment with us that has the skills we need will be given a fair chance to work for us. Investors will not dictate who we hire.
- Wardog Gaming will maintain absolute creative control over all projects we work on. No investor will have any say in what story we tell or what characters we create in our games.
- Investors may be collaborated with to discuss the best marketing strategy within the marketing budget for each project. If they have stated they can or will, they will be part of all marketing meetings.
- Wardog Gaming will email quarterly finance reports once the first game hits the market. These will also be on our website as well. These reports will state what the company has spent each month in each category, how much the company's Net was and how much was to be paid to each shareholder as well as how much was donated to charity. We will be transparent to the public with our earnings and spending.
- After funds are received, any and all investors will receive monthly progress reports on studio furnishing progress, land/building purchasing, equipment purchasing, game development progress once it starts, staff hiring, project development will include pictures and videos from the key moments of each week. This will also be edited to make videos for social media to bolster interest in the game as well as the company.
- If you wish to invest and seek to know about our projects in our five-year pipeline, you will need to sign our NDA. Once signed and returned, the documents briefing the mobile and console games we plan to create will be emailed for your review to see if what we wish to create piques your interest.
We are currently in the process of finalizing our partnership with Allcorrect Games to create a vertical slice of our first mobile and console game until we have obtained enough funds to either outsource the creation of the first mobile game through them or to hire a full staff and create the games fully ourselves. The vertical slice will be a bare demo only of the games we wish to create once funded.

As you can tell, RPG is our favorite console genre. This is because I love a good story. These stories are unique and haven't been told before.
