WCR is a Residential and Light commercial Construction company. We specialize in New residential construction and Renovations. We have over 20 years construction experience. We are fully State Licensed and Insured. We do all phases of construction in house. We are a one stop shop for all. So, for the past 8 years we have built for the general public, and private entities. 
 Our Town has had some new industry come in as well as built a new school. This has caused our community to outgrow the available housing situation. I have found the perfect house.
that is financeable for the middle-class income. as well as the upper class. I have built this very house twice and both times I have had people stop and ask about putting the house under contract. Unfortunately, I have to tell them that its being built for an individual. and it's not for sell. Having built this house twice. I know exactly what it cost to build under today's material market.
  I can build this house for $120,000.00 and a lot to build on will cost me another $20,000.00 so I'm all in at $140,000.00 for property and construction, add another 10K for incidentals and legal fees. Ok now this very house will appraise for $220,000.00 with a build cost at $150,000.00 that in the neighborhood of $70,000.00 Profit.  The house is 1536sqft 3 BR 2 Bath
this house is absolutely perfect for most every family in America today. Also, the price is easily financeable by most working middle/upper class families.  My plan is to find an investor willing to take this journey with me so I can prove to them that we can make money together. Once we get this first one done. We can do 2 (two) of them at the same time. after that we can do 4 (four) at a time and make some real money together. I have the people and equipment to do four builds at the same time. with 4-6 months build time this would allow us to build 8 per year. Myself, and my team have built 4 completely different homes at the same time, so I have no doubt about our ability. I just want to move at a pace that would make an investor comfortable.
