Vizulingo is an education platform that uses Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and gamification to upskill adult language learners with immersive technology. Our goal is to fill the employment gap for the Home Health Care (700,000 annual job vacancies) and Hospitality (75% employee turnover rate) industries by upskilling migrant workers to fill much needed jobs in the US.
CUSTOMER PROBLEM:
Current B2B apps ineffectively teach languages to adults as they lack immersive technologies and they use outdated
education methods. As a result, qualified job applicants are underemployed, which damages the individual and the economy.
Our Phase 1 launch will teach English to adult learners in the industries of Home Health Care, Hospitality, and Workforce Development in the US.
Home Health Care: 711,000 job vacancies per year until 2031
Hospitality: 82% of hotels have staffing shortages
Workforce Development Centers: lose about 60% of their students

PRODUCT:
Vizulingo is a two fold software solution consisting of a content creation platform for teachers/organizations to create lessons, and then a mobile app for students to learn languages and workforce skills.
- Vizulingo Editor™: allows institutions or businesses to create lessons for students/employees that use VR and while they license our B2B software for $8,000-$25,000 per year. Our software will be both language agnostic and industry agnostic where any type of business can license our product to create training software in VR.
- Mobile App: Students complete lessons on their mobile device while our patent pending learning method uses storytelling to provide a more practical learning experience. Everyday activities, such as texting, emailing, video chats, and online shopping can be combined with AI to teach English in a fun environment.
BUSINESS MODEL:
- B2B: Our main revenue stream will be from B2B clients that consist of higher education institutions (community colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce development centers, and private language schools along with business such as Health care networks, hotel chains, retail companies, etc. These businesses will pay between $8,000-$25,000 per year to license our software for their students and employees but they can also create their own content as well or Whitelabel our content creation platform.
- B2C: We will also have a B2C product for phases 1-3 of our initial launch so we can show investors traction. The B2C units will be $5-$20 per month's and will contain features that are somewhat inferior to the B2B product.

COMPETITORS:
In content creation, Thinglink and Metaverse AR Studio are important mentions but Vizulingo’s initial focus is on language learning software. Incumbent language mobile apps include Duolingo, Mondly, Rosetta Stone, and Babbel but they don’t adequately teach industry-specific soft skills with VR. In this saturated market, we believe that one of them will purchase Vizulingo to acquire our content creation tool, creating an exit strategy in 3-5 years.
