We manufacture luxury glass countertops and lavatory vessels and sinks. All of our manufacturing is in Ft. Lupton, CO. Our industry is the luxury kitchen $ bath. We use independent manufacturers Reps to promote our products to the luxury kitchen and bath industry. Currently we have over 40 sales reps in 28 states. We have over 75 dealers and we just signed a contract with Ferguson Ent. to be a preferred vendor. Without that status you do not do business of any significance with Ferguson. All manufacturing processes are proprietary to our company with much of the equipment built in house. All glass products are purchased in the U.S. and one type of glass we buy in Germany. Otherwise we have no ties to China other than we do have projects in Macau and Hong Kong. The management team has over 50 years experience in the luxury kitchen and bath industry. 12 years ago the same team took over a company in New Jersey. Mountain Plumbing products. It was on the verge of bankruptcy. At the request of the absentee owners we jumped in and turned the company around in a year and a half. That same business does over $15 mil./year in sales today. Vitraform employees have over 20 years with the company and some with 30. We are looking to raise $300-$500K to overhaul our website, take part in certain trade shows in New York, Los Angeles and Milan Italy. In addition we need new marketing materials and an aggressive travel budget to spend more time with customers and our reps. We have been losing money since we purchased the company in 2023 but in recent months have turned the corner and are close to breaking even.
