We are a telemedicine / telehealth business was started in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic to help people get healthcare. We have turned into a fully functional practice. The overall vision is to be able to provide GOOD quality health care to as many individuals as possible with the patients being listened to, feeling safe, and having providers that don't "rush" them to move them out as a numbers game. The vision for seeing patients have all their providers in one location and have a comprehensive visit with each one of those providers is life changing, a long time saving for the provider. The patient at this point will not have to keep filling out new patient paperwork, and being asked the same redundant questions. The care team will have full knowledge and disclosure of treatments tried in the past, goals, procedure plans, and be able to overall have the patient seen as a whole individual with treating their mind, body and souls. As the world, society, and our culture evolve and more towards technology, this is the way of the future. Patients need to be able to trust their care team, and know the providers have their best interest in mind for them. Patients LOVE convenience, and having the flexibility to be able to have an appointment without disrupting their workflow if they are sick or need a well visit. Patients love the ability to "be in control" of their health. With the goal of being fully disclosed to our patients that they are the top priority of the practices, growth, and vision to bluntly HELP them and SUPPORT them, I feel that we can be pioneers on making healthcare what it should be. In the last 10 years (and I am sure longer), healthcare as a profession has declined with not just quality, but the overall safety of it. Healthcare has become a numbers game. Providers are burnt out, patients are getting horrible care, and no one trusts anyone from the providers working for that healthcare system to the patients receiving the care from the provider. This has got to change! People are becoming more sick with increasingly difficult diagnoses with little guidance, support, or honestly care from their teams. Virtu30 needs to be a safe place for our patients and for our staff. We need to create and have an environment that is built around bringing healthcare back to basics to be able to provide good strong QUALITY of care that everyone needs. Providers need to be supported along with their axillary staff. It is important to me everyone feels they are making a difference and everyone involved sees and wants healthcare to be "better". In order to get started appropriately, we can move as fast as we need to or you want us to. I have it broken down into three (3) phases. The first phase will include Michigan to Georgia east which includes all of New England to be able to facilitate the Virtual Clinic with the pharmacies. We were ball parking in bringing on 1 MD and 2 NPS per state initially, with the knowledge of all providers at this point are going to be licensed and credentialed in all of the 50 states to provide comprehensive care, and prevent burn out and be able to see patients across the board (which allows patients to have freedom and travel and not worry about their medications which increases their medication management and compliance along with having the peace of knowing we are always there for them). Phase two is the midwest to Colorado, and phase three Utah to California (finishing up the west coast). Providers and staff will be hired as the need is there. The overall goal is to have both virtual providers and physical office locations. This way patients can physically be seen if they prefer, or the need is there along with having the option of having the freedom of seeing a provider virtually they can trust. I am open to having an in person clinic for the pharmacies as well too. The options are endless on what we can do and provide. The in person offices I want to be a medical spa. I want them to have all the IV's (with the ability to do in-home IVS so the patients can be taken care to optimize their health), chiropractic therapies, massage, acupuncture, FSM treatments, and all the providers (from primary care, urgent care, cardiology, GI, DERM, infectious disease, neurology, psych, etc). Everyone will chart on the "same system"- CareCloud. The office will need to be very calming with waterfalls, and a positive environment where patients don't feel the pressure of a normal doctor's office. We need to offer high end high quality supplements to optimize their health, longevity, and healing. I would like to offer PRP, stem cell, and so many more upcoming therapies that truly do help people. We currently accept both insurance and have cash and discounted prices for people that cannot afford the regular price. It is vitally important that everyone is accepted and given the same opportunity regardless of their financial ability. Healthcare in my eyes, should be something that shouldn't be discriminative on people to receive good quality care. There are also "concierge" like packages that can be offered (and are) if they have the means and ability to do so.
