Viralocity has created a B2B2C
monetization platform (VIOOZ) for live, scheduled, or video on demand content where each user has a "
personal channel" to stream content (music, sports (
boxing), concerts, education, etc.) and/or follow other people’s content. Content creators set their own price and are paid up to 50% of net revenue
(vs. 5%-15% or flat subscription fee from the competition). Followers pay only for the content they want, and creators collect revenue in perpetuity, because content remains available on each channel for up to one year. In comparison to YouTube, VIOOZ offers a much more lucrative return as our Content Creators are paid 1 to 1, rather than having to build an initial subscription base of 1MM viewers prior to earnings. For the release of version 2, we will be expanding our offering and implementing our Smart TV app in order to make the platform more accessible for concert and festivals producers.

The streaming market continues to grow rapidly and consistently since the pandemic and even with dips in the economy. The global streaming market reached a value of nearly $247 billion in 2020, having increased at a compound annual growth rate of 7.8% since 2015. The market is expected to grow from $375 billion in 2021 to $600+ billion in 2027 (Globe Newswire).
Patent Summary
Viralocity has secured
TWO patents: No. US10,762,474 and US11,762,917, covering the first proprietary "pay-per-view technology" that allows Content Creators to schedule and monetize their content. The patent's novelty is based not just on its individual features, but on the
combination of features and how they work together.
Opportunity
To be of great interest to larger social media companies: Google, Apple, and Microsoft, and potentially Netflix and Disney, to use it or to block or disrupt competitive efforts for their scheduled, streaming PPV events. Our second patent also opens the doors to possible licensing deals with major steaming companies in need of expansion.
Core USP’s: VIOOZ platform offers Content Creators a diverse and profitable monetization strategy that no other platform provides, allowing creators to:
- Instantly launch live content, at their preferred price.
- Schedule a future live event, at their preferred price.
- Upload video content (VOD), at their preferred price.
Other Strengths:
- Patents enable VIOOZ to obtain royalties and potentially shut down competitors.
- Solution is scalable across industries and geographic markets.
- Content providers are incentivized to share VIOOZ with all their followers, driving downloads, purchases, and brand awareness.
- Content submission is quick and intuitive with no contracts required for both formal events and “unplugged” sessions.
- Consumers can view purchased content in perpetuity.
- Connects with other social media platforms.
- Has letters/LOEs from key industry players - Hip Hop Hall of Fame and Atlantic Records.
A Case Study of VIOOZ’s influencer potential from Boosie’s film “My Struggle.”
- The artist Boosie wrote, filmed, and produces the biopic My Struggle and chose not release the film through a major film company due to film and ownership rights.
- The artist instead decided to release his film on VladTV which is said to have made close to $1 million on its opening day.
- This case has an interesting element as this artist lost his Instagram account due to the promotion of his film but still managed to garnish high views and turn a profit. This speaks volumes on the power that an individual’s fanbase has to elevate new mediums of entertainment.
- This example represents the opportunities VIOOZ has to fast-tracking both their revenue and data growth. If they produce and market their own events, they could have the potential to satisfy their loan much sooner than projected.

Viralocity is looking at two potential forms of exit:
Option 1: Acquisition by a larger company:
- Google/YouTube is most likely to acquire: VIOOZ would tie in with newest features and patent would prevent shutdown and deliver competitive advantages.
- Netflix and Apple are also great candidates as they are eager to gain in the social space. Microsoft and Disney are outlier potential acquirers.
- Option 2: Go public in 4-5 years
