Currently I operate as a popup but my goal is to expand to a sit down food truck. I vend at street fairs, farmers market, private events, as well as other social events in the Los Angeles area.
The funds will allow me the opportunity to purchase my food truck to expand my business to new customers and demographic areas. This will also allow me to efficiently advertise, Market, as well as hire a team that can effectively grow my business and brand. For the food truck I will also need cooking equipment and a wrap for the truck.
