Venus Walks, LLC

Functional art as lifestyle pieces, made of precious metals and precious/semi precious gemstones, that cater to the female cannabis  consumer. We are empowering female cannabis users through feelings of unorthodoxy yet sophistication with high quality, conflict free, and unique accessories that elevate the smoking experience. 

In house design of pieces with subcontracted modeling, prototyping/mold casting, and manufacturing/setting of pieces through Insider Creations, a New York based firm; an NDA and Private Label Supply Agreement have been signed. The cost of the pieces will be on the more expensive side given their materials, from USD $500  and upwards. In terms of immediate financial responsibilities, the costs are broken down as the following: Hand Drawn Design Package, upfront cost - USD $2,250, CAD Development Phase, upfront cost - USD $2,250, Sample Fee (billed when samples are ordered), USD $200 plus the cost of piece. The immediate costs have been payed for, prototype costs TBD.

Product packaging, encompassing a l'air d'élégance like Van Clef and Cartier, will be designed and purchased and the elements of storage and distribution will need to be contracted in about three months. 

Website, Instagram, and TikTik have been established and are active (@venuswalks_ and www.venuswalks.com). While preprototype, Venus Walks will grow social media platform via poetry content, in which, upon redirectioning accounts to be more consumer facing, social media will maintain community poetry submissions. 

Venus Walks, LLC had been filed nationally and at the state level (Florida) in October and November. Within the articles of organization, I have listed my own personal contribution, that being around USD $7,000.

Venus Walks possess, as of December, an Amex Cash Card, $2,000 limit, and a Bluevine checking account. The cards have had little use. Financing and financial guidance is where I would appreciate the most help.

Venus Walks is a sole member LLC. At the moment, I'm a student of Economics, and after two wealth management internships, I have a desire to set out on the entrepreneurial path. I am in my final year of my bachelors and am dedicating this time to building a company that could have the longevity and opportunity to be something much bigger than myself.
