THE PROBLEM

Buses, trains, ships, border surveillance, etc are wirelessly linked and have changing connectivity speeds. But, cameras do not automatically adapt to changing connectivity speeds. This causes lost video at remote locations. For e.g, a person monitoring live video remotely from a school bus will lose video frequently. Shipowners have very poor access to video from ships at sea. Autonomous public transportation vehicles must have remote video access.
