We at Vaughn Safe Haven are asking for funding to help us open a foster home for Adults with Disabilities. We are only asking for funding to get us started with all the application fees and we have to have enough in the bank to get us going for 6 months. I, Shawna Vaughn, have all my licenses and I am fully trained to get this foster home opened as well as our staff. Foster Homes in our area are needed. At Vaughn's Safe Haven we will provide the support in all areas such as prep and cooking healthy meals, support in personal self-care, medicine management, positive behavior and conflict resolution, personal health and wellness, goal setting these are just a few things necessary for our clients to live healthier and happier lives.
With this grant we will be able to achieve those goals we have outlined in a grant proposal.
