My Company, Vallon Studios (Vall un), based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is a mobile app company, begun in 2026.  Our first app was approved on March 24, 2026 by Apple, and is now in beta testing.  With funding help, it will be the most powerful AI-driven funding app platform for nonprofits, startups, researchers and donors. Vallon Studios Second project, currently in early build out, has the working name of BidIQ, in which I am asking for $75k for this project.

2- WHY BIDIQ?

BidIQ is an AI-powered contract intelligence platform that helps small businesses, mid-size companies, freelancers, and government contractors find, score, and track open contracts they can realistically win. Rather than requiring users to manually search across government procurement portals, BidIQ aggregates contracts from the USA and Canada, scores each one for fit against the user's company profile, and surfaces ranked recommendations daily.  Companies lose contracts not because they can’t write bids — but because they bid on the wrong ones.  Right now, they’re manually searching across fragmented portals like SAM.gov and MERX with no scoring or prioritization.
BidIQ connects to government contract APIs daily, ingests new postings, and runs each contract through an AI scoring engine trained on the user's company profile. Users see a ranked feed of contracts they are most likely to win, with plain-language reasoning for each score.

Users are consistently identifying and prioritizing contracts they are more likely to win, done much easier with BidIQ.
