I want to open a gym and meal prep service/smoothie bar that tailors to fitness enthusiasts and those who want to improve their health and overall quality of life. I have worked in several gyms throughout my 13 years as a personal trainer and nutritionist and have taken bits and pieces from each place to form the concept for my gym. It is my passion in life to help others achieve their vision of health. I believe that this gym will be a one of a kind addition to the community and potentially prompt other gyms to incorporate meal prep in the future.
