Working Collective

This is a working collective that will bring our community together, create sustainable living, create additional jobs, and build a brand of high quality agriculture products that will be sold throughout the state and online.  Our existing property is at an optimal elevation and climate for growing a variety of high quality products like medicinal honey, Petit Meslier vines, and production of extra virgin olive oil.  We also grow a variety of herbs and flowers which service a dual purpose for the bees to use for their honey production as well as for harvesting to sell.  We are looking to expand on our business, and the funding will be used to pay for additional resources for expansion.  We will be developing the existing land, and also would like to purchase additional land. We also have a variety of edible wild mushrooms that grow and we will be making improvements to increase the production of the mushrooms. There is a high end restaurant about an hour from our location that uses a variety of mushrooms in their dishes. The chef at Taste gladly buys the mushrooms for their amazing dishes.  We work with our local community as well, and would like to be able to offer paid working positions on a contract basis.  

I have been offering consulting services to small business and individual investors for the last 8 years. I also hold a real estate license and continue to take classes and keep up on the current market.  My husband is the farmer and agriculture specialist. He is completing his certification in wine making.  He offers his consulting services to those are are looking to improve their production or mitigating loss production due to soil or pest issues.
