US Construction & Restoration is a California-based General Contractor focused on all construction and water restoration that will focus on serving the needs of Commercial and residential properties in California. Today, the restoration industry as a whole is worth about $300 billion, and this figure according to statistics is expected to grow even more in the coming years.

This is attributed to several factors, including the increasing intensity of natural disasters, aging homes and infrastructure in the United States, as well as commonly occurring wildfires and flooding.

We at US Construction & Restoration are dedicated to offer our expertise to the people of the USA in their time of need. By concentrating on a specific segment of the market, we will be able to rapidly gain market share demonstrating our proficiency and professionalism in serving a specific market niche.

We are scalable and want to expand nationally.  We currently have 9 other states ready to open we just need the funding, to get started. 

By adding 9 states and 11 more locations our goal is to reach a minimum of $100 million by end of 2030 and with the addition of franchising for more added growth. Our goal by 2035 to have the company roughly worth $1 billion – $5 billion, with US Restoration in every state and over 200 franchisee’s at our current growth rate.

Estimated annual growth rate of franchises per year, with each location paying upfront franchise/training fee as well as a yearly percentage of their gross sales we could be worth $5 billion by 2035.

The restoration industry will grow to approximately $300-$325 billion dollar industry in 2026 and roughly a $500 billion dollar industry by 2035. With our plan and expected growth to get so $5 billion by 2035 would still only give us about a 1-2% market share of the industry.   The growth potential is actually unlimited, and our figures are super conservative based on those factors.
