We are developing and expanding a modular home manufacturing facility designed to address the critical housing shortage affecting Philadelphia and surrounding markets. Our business model aligns with public-sector housing initiatives, including the City of Philadelphia's efforts to increase housing supply and federal programs that support homeownership opportunities for veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). By utilizing advanced modular construction techniques, we can significantly reduce build times, lower construction costs, and deliver high-quality homes with greater efficiency than traditional site-built methods.

Our vertically integrated approach enables developers, municipalities, housing organizations, veterans, and individual homebuyers to purchase directly from the manufacturer, creating a streamlined and cost-effective procurement process. Homes can be manufactured, delivered, and installed in approximately two months on site, allowing communities to accelerate housing development and occupancy timelines. The proposed manufacturing facility will create skilled jobs, strengthen regional economic development, and establish a scalable platform capable of serving both affordable and market-rate housing sectors.
