Urban Alchemy CBD soap and skincare creates all natural CBD soap  in several formulations that come in over 70 bar designs in 100 and 200 mg proprietary bar formulations including a bar to bring quick poison ivy relief. my company also offers a wide range of topical products for men and women including salves, lip balms, tattoo balm, body butter, bath salts, beard oil  candles and bath bombs as well as a monthly subscription box.
By the end of the year it is my company's goal to offer over 200 bar designs fully customizable to bar formulation and fragrance offering the consumer a fully customizable CBD soap experience.
Urban Alchemy is also planning on launching CBD deodorant, liquid hand soap, massage oil, a bug repelling body butter that is all natural as well as a line of hair care products.
All of our products are free of sulfates, paraben free, cruelty free and by years end we plan on offering vegan options to our product line a as we position ourselves to become the bath and body works of the CBD world filling a massive gap in the CBD marketplace.

About the founder.
Hi, I'm Michael Avery and thanks for your interest in my company, as someone that uses cannabis to control epileptic seizures I can vouch for the healing power of cannabis and how it can positively impact the community. I have 30 years of experience studying medicinal plants and how to use them to provide relief to so many health problems facing our society.
I have extensive knowledge of the creative process that goes into creating products that will heal without causing unwanted skin irritation.
I have a degree in art and physical education  from William Carey university as well as certification in floral design and experience in product formulation and development.
I bring to the company a long history of being a self starter and have owned successful businesses in landscape design and vintage jewelry and antiques.
I  understand the need to learn from others and have received  mentoring from a early apple marketing executive in addition to other small business leaders who have helped me learn the challenges you face in business and how to reach out to the community to bring a product to market.
I am committed to the idea of compassionate capitalism and that a company can lift others up and be very profitable in the process, Urban Alchemy is a company that celebrates creativity and individuality and is a LGBTQ owned company, as we grow we are committed to employing a diverse workforce because the brand is about celebrating our inherent uniqueness and promoting the creative spirit that makes alchemical change possible.

How will your investment be used.
Urban Alchemy is seeking investment capitol to achieve the following goals to grow our company into a national brand and take our place as a leader in the cannabis industry.
1. Relocation to a larger manufacturing point, currently Urban alchemy needs room to grow, we can currently produce 300 bars per day in addition to topicals and we are looking to upgrade facility's to be able to produce 1000 bars per day and several topical products simultaneously allowing quick turn around on large orders to meet the growing demand of the consumers.
2. Provide modest salary's to bring my support staff into the company full time and allow us to maintain a support staff going forward.
3. Provide for mold expansion as we move forward and to make bulk purchases of materials to reduce cost increasing profit margins across the product line
4. Enable me to upgrade our labelling to make sure we are keeping up with the latest in ever changing industry standards
5. Marketing and promotion to make Urban Alchemy a national brand including a aggressive social media marketing strategy across several platforms
6. Allow for the creation of a mobile soap bus to be used at event's and festivals, its building process will be documented on social media and create a following amongst groups that are likely customers for our products and provide a mobile retail point and cover lodging needs for our company while at events further reducing company cost.
7. Create a budget runway for our company going forward so that our company may address any business challenges we may face going forward.
8. Enable our company to expand our topical line to 20 product lines by the end of the year.

Your $200,000 dollar investment in my company will provide you with a 15% stake in my company and the opportunity to designate  a on brand charitable cause for one of my product lines, it is my company's goal to provide profit dividends 12 months from investment with quarterly payouts from that point.
