Advanced drone systems for defense applications.  Unmanned United is a talented group of robotics experts with strong experience in medium size drones.  Our first product the Venom MK 1 is a trendsetting drone platform, providing a missing feature in the defense space.  Most drones are either very short range (i.e., DJI etc..) and are cheap consumer systems, or very large runway type drones which are extremely expensive.  Our system operates in the middle, providing long range and endurance, with unique AI based cyber warfare features, as well as the only drone in its size category to offer Starlink connectivity, allowing continuous connectivity for Command and Control and high bandwidth with low latency.  Finally we have added both Passive and Active defense measures against anti-drone systems.  The cyber warfare suite is a hackers dream and will certainly play a role in the modern battlefield.  Our system can easily be weaponized by any modern military or government agency.  Our profit margin is roughly. 86% for the base system, not including any extra integration, additional service contracts or other fees we might charge.  This is a very reasonable price for a product that doesn't have any competitors on the market today.  There is also quite a lot of IP to be filed on this system.  Our go to market is to leverage our defense contacts and to attend trade shows to show the technology.  We are more than confident that we will achieve at least 50 units sold in 2024, on the conservative side.

In this seed round we are seeking $1m USD to fund the initial build (we have already designed it, we simply need to fabricate it), so the funds will be used to fund a workshop in Orlando, FL as well as bringing the full unit to various investor meetings for Series A funding.  We will also use some of the funds to expand our Defense Advisory group, as well as attend defense related trade shows and begin sales.  We expect sales to begin no later than 90 days from initial funding.
