Univoice's flagship product is a mobile application geared towards a consumer audience, with a mid-term roadmap to adapt into an enterprise & EDU solution.
The app runs on a subscription-based model; users receive 20 mins free access / month, after which they are prompted to subscribe to a weekly ($2.99), monthly ($8.99), quarterly ($17.99), or biannual ($35.99) plan for unlimited access.
To maintain flexibility, we will offer discounted subscriptions for users who only want access to a playlist of their favorite songs.
In the near-term we plan to monetize our free user base through targeted, non-intrusive advertising.

Retention: email and push notification marketing; dual-currency value system in-app, that's fueled by game theory --> maximizing retention via addictive behavioral loops
